Terms of Service

By accessing and using the Touchdown Thread Industries website (touchdownthreads.com), submitting an inquiry, placing an order, or engaging our manufacturing services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service.

If you do not agree to these terms, please discontinue use of our website and services immediately. These terms apply to all visitors, buyers, wholesale clients, and any other party who interacts with our business.

We reserve the right to update these terms at any time. Continued engagement with our services after updates constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.

Touchdown Thread Industries provides custom apparel manufacturing services including but not limited to: sportswear, teamwear, gymwear, fitnesswear, and essential garment programs.

Our services include custom sublimation printing, private label manufacturing, OEM and ODM production, sample development, and full-run bulk production for wholesale and retail clients.

All services are subject to confirmation of order specifications, fabric availability, production capacity, and agreed payment terms. We reserve the right to decline any order at our discretion.

All orders are subject to minimum order quantities (MOQ) which vary by product category and customisation requirements. MOQ details are provided during the quotation process.

Orders are confirmed only upon receipt of a signed purchase order or written confirmation and the agreed deposit payment. Verbal agreements do not constitute a binding order.

Order specifications, including colorways, sizing breakdowns, print artwork, and branding details, must be submitted and approved in writing before production commences. Changes to confirmed orders may result in additional charges and revised lead times.

We are not liable for production errors arising from incorrect or incomplete specifications provided by the client.

All prices are quoted in USD unless otherwise agreed in writing. Quoted prices are valid for 30 days from the date of issue and are subject to change thereafter based on material costs and exchange rate fluctuations.

Standard payment terms are 50% deposit upon order confirmation and 50% balance prior to shipment, unless otherwise agreed in a written contract.

We accept bank transfer (TT), PayPal, and other payment methods as agreed on a per-order basis. All bank charges and transfer fees are the responsibility of the buyer.

Overdue payments may result in suspension of production or shipment, and may incur a late payment charge of 1.5% per month on the outstanding balance.

Pre-production samples are available upon request prior to bulk order placement. Sample charges apply and are communicated during the quotation process.

Sample costs are typically credited against the first bulk order where applicable. Samples must be approved in writing before bulk production begins.

Minor variations in color, fabric hand-feel, or construction between samples and bulk production may occur due to dye lot differences and production scaling. We endeavour to minimise such variation within industry-accepted tolerances.

Standard production lead times range from 12 to 28 working days depending on the product category, order volume, and customisation complexity. Lead times commence from the date of deposit receipt and final artwork approval.

Lead times are estimates and may be affected by circumstances outside our control including material supply delays, public holidays, shipping disruptions, or force majeure events.

Rush production may be available at an additional charge, subject to current production capacity. Rush requests must be agreed in writing.

We ship internationally to all major markets. Shipping terms are agreed on a per-order basis and may be quoted EXW (Ex Works), FOB, or DDP depending on client preference and destination.

Risk of loss and damage passes to the buyer at the agreed shipping point. We strongly recommend buyers arrange appropriate cargo insurance for all international shipments.

We are not responsible for delays caused by customs clearance, import regulations, or third-party shipping carriers once goods have been dispatched.

Delivery timelines provided at the time of order are estimates only. We are not liable for consequential losses arising from shipping delays.

We maintain quality control standards throughout our production process including fabric inspection, in-line checks, and final inspection prior to shipment.

In the event of defective goods, claims must be submitted in writing within 14 days of receipt of shipment, accompanied by photographic evidence and a detailed description of the defect.

Our liability for defective goods is limited to replacement of defective units or a credit note to the value of the defective portion of the order. We do not accept liability for consequential losses, lost profits, or third-party claims arising from product defects.

Normal industry tolerances of up to 3% variance in quantities and minor colour shade variations across dye lots are not considered defects.

All artwork, logos, brand marks, and design files submitted by the client for production remain the intellectual property of the client. By submitting artwork, the client warrants that they have the right to use and reproduce that intellectual property.

We will not reproduce client artwork for any purpose other than fulfilling the agreed order without express written consent.

Our website content, product photography, design templates, and brand materials are the property of Touchdown Thread Industries and may not be reproduced without written permission.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Touchdown Thread Industries shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages arising from the use of our services or products.

Our total liability for any claim arising from an order shall not exceed the total value of that order.

Nothing in these terms limits liability for fraud, death, or personal injury caused by our negligence.

These Terms of Service are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Pakistan. Any disputes arising from these terms or our services shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Pakistan.

If any provision of these terms is found to be unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect.
